Custom software · Based in Brazil, working remotely
Custom software for the problems your business actually has.
GLTech builds websites, internal tools, automations and AI features for small and mid-sized businesses. Every project starts with understanding the problem, and only then deciding what's worth building.
- Work directly with the person building it
- From websites to internal systems
- Solutions sized to the problem
Before and after
From improvised to structured.
Information often ends up scattered across email, chat and spreadsheets. Compare it with the same situation once it's organized.
Today
- Orders arrive by email, chat and spreadsheet
- Hours spent copying data between systems
- An outdated site that doesn't explain what you do
- Documents read and summarized by hand
Services
Four ways to solve a problem with software.
Projects mix whatever is needed. Sometimes that's a website; sometimes an afternoon of automation saves hours every week.
Websites and online presence
- The problem
- Your website doesn't explain what you do, or you don't have one yet.
- The outcome
- A clear, fast website built to turn visits into conversations.
- Landing pages
- Company websites
- Campaign and launch pages
- Redesigns of existing sites
Internal systems and tools
- The problem
- Operations run on scattered spreadsheets, chat threads and manual tracking.
- The outcome
- A tool built around your workflow, with everything in one place.
- Web applications
- Admin panels
- Dashboards
- Custom internal systems
Automation and integrations
- The problem
- Your team spends hours copying data and repeating tasks.
- The outcome
- Data moves between systems without anyone copying it by hand, and with fewer mistakes.
- Automating repetitive tasks
- Connecting the tools you already use
- APIs
- Notifications and approval flows
Applied AI
- The problem
- There's more information than anyone can read, sort or answer by hand.
- The outcome
- AI applied to specific tasks, with results you can check.
- Assistants grounded in your own content
- Data extraction from documents
- Classification and summarization
- AI features inside existing systems
Also: Maintenance and improvements for existing apps and websites, technical reviews, performance work, refactoring and modernization.
Approach
Projects don't start with code.
A lot of software fails before the first line is written: it solves the wrong problem, or builds far more than needed. That's why every project goes through five stages.
Understand
A conversation about the business, the day-to-day and where things get stuck. No technology talk yet.
Define
What to solve first, what can wait, and the smallest solution that already delivers value. Conversations and project materials become a scope document with help from Anthropic's Claude API, and the founder reviews every point before it reaches you.
Build
Development in short iterations, with versions you can see and try early. Every code change gets an automated review with the Claude API before the founder's final review.
Validate
Real use, adjustments, and confirmation that the problem is solved.
Evolve
Once the foundation is live, improvements follow what the business needs.
Working principles
Direct contact
You talk to the person designing and building it, start to finish.
Sized to the problem
Not every problem needs a system. Sometimes an automation is enough.
Technology follows need
Each tool is chosen for the problem it solves.
Product-minded
Clear interfaces and well-built code, with attention to speed and accessibility.
Applied AI
AI where it makes sense.
Language models are now good at reading documents, organizing information and answering questions about specific content. GLTech uses AI when it's the best answer to the problem, and something simpler when it isn't.
Before building an AI feature, GLTech prototypes it with Anthropic's Claude API using real examples from your business, so you see the result before you decide.

About
The person behind GLTech.

I started GLTech to work the way I believe software should be built: understand the problem well before proposing anything.
I've been building software professionally since 2022. At technology companies, I've built SaaS products and AI solutions end to end, from the business need to architecture, code and production.
When you work with GLTech, you work with me: I learn your context, design the solution and write the code. If a project needs expertise that isn't mine, I'll say so upfront.
Besides client projects, GLTech builds its own product, Amevoli: you pick a few photos, answer a handful of questions and get a painted portrait, a short film and a poster. It has been live since September 2026, in English and Portuguese.

FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Do I need to know exactly what system I want?
No. Just explain the problem, or what's taking too much time. Figuring out the right solution is part of the work.
Does GLTech only take on new projects?
No. GLTech also maintains, improves and modernizes existing websites and applications, and does technical reviews and performance work.
How does working together look?
Fully remote, with video calls and email. You follow progress through frequent, working deliveries.
Can we start small and grow from there?
Yes, and it's usually the best way. A lean first version handles the essentials and shows what's worth building next.
Does every solution need AI?
No. AI comes in when it brings a clear gain. Many problems are better solved with a simple automation or a well-designed system.
How much does a project cost?
It depends on scope. After a first conversation, you get a proposal with defined scope and price before anything starts.
Contact
Is something in your business harder than it should be?
You don't need to know what technology you need. Describe the problem, and you'll get a reply by email from the person who'd work on it.
